My Experience
I am a conference, business and legal Portuguese interpreter since 2000. I interpret at seminars, workshops, business meetings and events worldwide using the booth, tour guide systems and remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI). I have interpreted for the automotive industry, diplomatic meetings, finance and investments, oil & gas, international affairs, food processing, beverage and packaging, sustainability and urbanisation, Brazilian and UK central government, international audits, and other fields.
As a legal interpreter, I interpret for the criminal and civil justice system in the UK and Northern Ireland, for the Home Office, government agencies and mental health/NHS Trusts. I am a Home Office and Commonwealth registered translator and security vetted (DBS Enhanced, Counter Terrorism Check and Police Clearance).
