Glauce De Souza Crook

I am a simultaneous, consecutive and liaison English-Portuguese interpreter based in Bristol, UK and I provide my services at conferences, seminars, arbitration,  summits, workshops, international governmental missions, business meetings and events worldwide.

I also interpret for the British Legal System in England, Wales & Northern Ireland. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, the National Register of Public Service Interpreters and the Association of Police and Court Interpreters. 

Being a British and Brazilian citizen with living and working experiences in both countries and member of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, I promote business opportunities between Brazil & Great Britain and offer operational and logistic support to Brazilian companies and governmental entities whilst visiting the UK and other countries. I work in alliance with events agencies and tour operators specialised in incentive, corporate and cooperatives in Brazil, and I represent well-respected universities from the UK. 

I occasionally work as a cultural briefing consultant, promoting cross-cultural awareness workshops in “How to do business in Brazil”. I have worked closely with the Department for International Trade (DIT) in the UK and Brazil.

I have been living in England for over three decades and my understanding of the cultural, social and business differences between the two countries is vast and reliable.
